🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

• Return or Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags and invoice intact.
• A clear unboxing video is mandatory for all return/exchange requests.

Return & Exchange Method:

• No cash or bank refund will be provided.
• A Store Coupon / Store Credit will be issued after the return is approved.
• The store coupon can be used to purchase any product from our store in the future.
• Free returns/exchanges are allowed for defective, damaged, or wrong items delivered, as well as for size or fit issues.
• Returns/Exchanges are subject to stock availability for exchange requests.
• If the exchanged product is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.
• Store credit will be issued after the returned product passes quality check (QC).
• QC typically takes 24–72 hours after we receive the parcel.
• Coupons can be used on any new purchase from ZAARYN and do not expire within the legally permitted period.

• Used, worn, damaged, or tag-removed products.
• Products sent back without prior approval or request.
• Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
